The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Fall Classic Golf Tournament, presented by the Suppliers Council with Presenting Sponsor BAKA Communications is one of HAVAN’s most highly anticipated networking events of the year. Western Canada’s largest golf tournament is held at the prestigious Swan-e-set Bay Resort and Country Club with 312 golfers and 400 guests attending the breakfast buffet and the dinner banquet. 

Noted for the spectacular prizes, golfer gift, premiere course activities, A-list networking, on-course food trucks, and the amazing silent and live auctions in support of the HAVAN BCIT scholarships, the Fall Classic Golf Tournament is a must-be-at event! 

Designed to offer premium Sponsor recognition and visibility throughout the event, sponsors receive extensive recognition online and in promotional materials for weeks leading up to and post event. Sponsorships are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and do sell out quickly, with a very high return-rate of incumbent sponsors each year!  Sign up! To secure your incumbent sponsorship, please book directly with Dawn@havan.ca by January 31, 2024. As a valued sponsor you gain access to the front of the line to purchase up to one foursome.  Please order tickets online ASAP. Ticket sales open to general membership on Monday, May 6th, and historically sell out within a couple of days, if not hours.

Note: golfer tickets include golf cart, breakfast and dinner, as well as select beverage locations, on-course food stations, and golfer gift. If your or your staff are not golfing on the day, as a sponsor you will need to ensure your participating staff come prepared with food and beverages for the day.  A few additional banquet tickets will be made available for sale.

Sponsorships and ticket sales are non-refundable after 28, 2024.
