This year’s HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence Gala will return in-person on Saturday, April 30th at the JW Marriott Parq Hotel in Vancouver.

Finalists in 61 categories showcasing the best in new-home production and custom-built homes, renovation and design in Metro Vancouver will find out if they will bring home a coveted HAVAN Award trophy.

After two years as successful virtual shows, HAVAN is thrilled to invite you back to the live and in-person Gala, so grab your tickets early, get dressed up, and join us for an evening of excitement, celebration and re-connection with industry colleagues.


RECEPTION | 5:45 - 7:00 PM

Doors open at 5:45 p.m. Join us for the Red Carpet Reception to enjoy live music, delectable bites, the photobooth, and more.  


THREE-COURSE DINNER + AWARDS PROGRAM | 7:00 - 9:45 PM

A feast for the senses, the HAVAN Awards will be serving a three-course menu.  When registering, attendees will be asked to provide their entrée selection and any dietary restrictions.


AFTER PARTY | 9:45 PM - MIDNIGHT

Continue the post-Gala celebrations at our After Party.  Lounge with friends, take photos, and relax (or dance!)
