Since 2007, Spire has delivered construction, development, and capital solutions across British Columbia and Alberta. Founded by Lawrence Green and Pete Rackow, our integrated platform brings three divisions — Spire Construction, Spire Development, and Spire Pacific Capital — under one roof, giving clients a single partner from concept to completion.
Our work spans ground-up and tilt-up construction, multi-family and mixed-use development, office, retail, and industrial projects, self-storage and mini-storage facilities, and property acquisitions and renovations.
