The Home Design + Reno Show offers a targeted way to meet homeowners who are actively planning a renovation or custom home build. The new 2026 lineup is redesigned to keep attendees engaged from start to finish, creating steady opportunities for meaningful conversations and qualified leads.

Event Format: Attendees move through the five steps of a renovation or build:

Doors open 10am:
• 10:30am Planning Stage (From Pinterest boards, to sourcing Builders/Designers and desig/build teams)
• 11:30am Design Stage - focusing on the importance and value of the IDP
• 12:30pm Budgeting - Fixed Cost vs Cost Plus
• 2:00pm Permits and Contracts - what is required and who is responsible
• 3:00pm Construction Process - from the contract to the process and the team you chose to work with.

Session ends 4pm

Each panel includes a builder, a designer, and an industry professional. Exhibitors are the only companies eligible to participate as panelists.

Exhibitor Details

• 24 tabletops: 8 builders, 8 designers, 8 suppliers
• One company per table (table/2 chairs inc), up to two staff
• Wifi, access to electrical included
• Strong balance of service offerings to attract homeowners

This event supports exhibitors who want meaningful engagement with homeowners and a full-day environment designed to filter out tire-kickers. The ticket price is being increased to $50 per couple to represent the value of a day spent gaining knowledge from experts, with the added extras of the construction booklet, lunch, and free parking. Spots are limited and expected to fill quickly.

Please note: Garden access is not included in show admission and is available separately through VanDusen Botanical Garden.
